This morning, I made snickerdoodles using a recipe I found on Pinterest… & they are ahhh-mazing! Soo super easy to make & super suuuper goood! I freakin’ love snickerdoodles, but this was actually my first attempt ever at making them. They came out awesome! Joel says these are the only cookies I’m allowed to make ever again.. we’ll see about that lol ;)

Soo, are you ready for this super easy + super fab recipe? Here ya go:

White Cake-Mix Snickerdoodles: {recipe via pinterest & pillsbury}

    • 1 package white cake mix
    • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
    • 1 egg
    • 2 tablespoons sugar
    • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1. Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick cookie sheets). Mix cake mix, butter and egg in large bowl with spoon until dough forms (some dry mix will remain).
2. Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Mix sugar and cinnamon in small bowl. Roll balls in cinnamon-sugar mixture. Place about 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
3. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until set. Remove from cookie sheet to cooling rack.

{The recipe may be by Pillsbury, but I used a Ducan Hines white cake-mix because that’s what I had in the house.}

And that’s it! So easy right? Oh wait, I lied.. that’s not it…

Later we made ice cream sandwiches with the cookies – TO DIE FOR! I kid you not :)

    May I ask if yoy made the cake mix and then added the melted butter, or just put the plain cake mix in?
