4th of July Cookie Dough Balls
Festive, fun, and super easy! 🍪❤️🤍💙 These edible cookie dough balls are the perfect no-bake treat and are so delicious! They’re paleo, grain-free, dairy-free, and vegan, loaded with healthy fats, and are refined sugar-free!
- 1/2 cup grass-fed or vegan butter
- 1/2 cup cup coconut sugar
- 2-4 Tablespoons maple syrup ((adjust to taste))
- 1/2 Tablespoon vanilla extract OR 1 teaspoon vanilla powder
- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup tapioca
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup chocolate chips
- Flake salt and candy for garnishing
Beat together butter, coconut sugar, maple syrup, and vanilla with a hand mixer.
In a separate bowl, mix together almond flour coconut flour, tapioca flour, and salt.
Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix until well combined.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Scoop into balls and garnish with flake salt and candy. Then place the finished balls into the fridge for 1 hour before serving.
Store any leftovers in the fridge.
