Dark Chocolate Covered Kiwis

DARK CHOCOLATE-covered KIWIS are super easy to make & they’re my latest obsession! 🥝🤎 


6 ripe kiwis (about 1 lb)
1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
1/2 tsp coconut oil (refined)
Flake salt for garnishing (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:

1️⃣ MELT the chocolate on low heat using the double boiler method OR in 15-second intervals in the microwave.

2️⃣ SLICE kiwis into & DIP or DRIZZLE with melted chocolate. I store leftovers in the freezer.
